Dinner with TeresaS

Teresa's http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/barbec ... fish-21484

Wow, Wow, Wow!!! This is a tasty fish recipe that will see many repeats here. The seasoning is so delicious. I used fragile pieces of tilapia so I could not cook them directly on the grill or they would of fallen apart so I cooked them on a piece of foil that I coated with non-stick spray over indirect heat and it worked perfectly.

I love the flavor the mustard powder offers to the potato wedges, nice spicy tang. I cooked mine with the oil in an actifry cooker then tossed them with the salt mustard powder and pepper, deeeeeeeelish!

These recipes were both sinfully delicious and complemented each other well. The heat level was perfect for both of us.

The fish looks awesome ... and don't get me started on the fries, they look truly amazing.

Fish looks good! I think those mustard fries are like one of the first recipes I ever tried on Zaar many moons ago. I remember liking them.
