Quick & Easy Black Bean Soup with Added Leftovers

I had leftover veggies from the Cottage Ham, Salsa, tomatoe sauce and a couple of other things that needed using up. I used the stock from the ham - It wasn't too salty.So I started off making the Black Bean Recipe and added all the rest and came up with a super tasty soup never to be duplicated again

Both photos are wonderful but I lean towards #1 as the best1 Great job Bergy!
