Kim was such a nice person. She always had positive comments and was always ready to offer her help and advice with anyone in need. She will be missed.

I have made Kim`s http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/barley ... soup-25205. I was not able to get a photo this time as we had company and it was a wee bit chaotic here. The flavour is amazing with the different mushrooms. Off to choose another of her wonderful recipes.
