Tisme's Spiced Lamb Chops
Post

Delicious chops. The soy honey sauce gives the chops a lovely mellow flavour. I forgot the seame seeds. Very easy recipe that will be made again.

Have not has lamb since my one friend died that raised sheep, the lamb from her farm was so far superior to any you can get at the store. Wish I could still get it to try with this recipe.

Thanks TeaBo Shadow I know what you mean there is a big difference between Lamb from different places & how they are raised. My favorite (Commercial lamb) is Australian or when I can get it our local Salt Spring Island
