A New Twist To An Old Recipe
I wanted a different way to serve #recipe11114.
So I scrambled some eggs put it over buttered toast and
topped it with the SOS.Which photo should be posted to the recipe ?

I like # 2 personally! I love sos BTW, looks delicious. I would of preferred an fried egg; but, that is just me. It still looks fantastic.

Just dried; tastes more like aged beef in a cream sauce. It is really really good.

I love it, but it's quite salty. I usually cut mine up, put it in a wire mesh strainer and rinse it under hot water to get rid of some of the salt.QueenBea wrote:Great photos!! I have never tried chipped beef, sounds a bit like beef jerky.
