Smoked Chickens ... on the grill right now. Brined over night, dried in the fridge; now, on the smoker. This was the last time I made them.

I love smoked foods too Teresa. I have a small wood/charcoal; and a small electric. My Webber big a**, lol is at my friends. We do whole hogs on that one.

Today, my small wood/charcoal one. Easy to use; but, works great. Thx.

The smoked chickens look just AWESOME !! :)
And the soup is a great way to use some of the
leftover chicken. ;)
