Kittencal's Low Fat Banana Muffins

I made these using cup for cup gluten free all-purpose mix and these turned out perfectly delicious. Great banana muffins, you will never know they are low-fat.

The lighting is not the best, the photo was taken with artificial light because it was late but they are still nice.

I was quite pleased with how they truned out, it's hit or miss when using gluten free all purpose mix :?

Thx Teresa, those pans clean up so nicely. I bought them at Amazon, they are called USA pans ;)
