Pizza Sliders

Post by wayne » Fri Feb 17, 2017 10:11 pm

Hi all. I created this recipe yesterday and made it today.

See the pizza slider recipe here

You can see more photos on the RZ blog here - I am hoping to post a video there soon as well :D

First photo my wife is breaking the pizza sliders apart. Second photo I am playing around with some photo shots of raw dough and background food props which include a tomato, fresh oregano and a small bowl of pepperoni.

We really enjoyed these and I must say, I got impatient and went for the "take a bite" shot. Well, I am sorry to say that I did not get the shot because I ate the whole thing :o The rest of the sliders went on the dinner table. Yum!

Ooooooo, yeah..... I wish I could sink my teeth into those tasty looking sliders. They look fantastic Wayne ;)

That first photo makes me want to snag a piece right from you and the second photo has me wanting to see how the tomato will make it to the dough. Nicely done :-)

Thanks Bea :D To make this recipe really stand out I could have made home made pizza sauce, but that did not quite happen that way! So the poor tomato had to make it's way back to the counter after having a cameo in the photo shoot 8-) Thanks for your feedback!

The first shot is a "Tempter". The crust looks so good. I like seeing the two thumbs that are tearing it. The second shot says fresh, homemade and Mmm. Very nicely done Wayne
