Mussels

Last night for my Valentines dinner I enjoyed Mikekeys http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/penn-c ... asil-11878 with some garlic bread (DH was on night shift so we will celebrate on Thursday tomorrow night)

I never had those but I hear many people love them anyway you photo is lovely!

Pat those look yummy...you are the only one that I know of who loves to eat mussels...I really need to make some... :)

Honestly there is not much seafood I won't eat though I do not like tuna, canned or fresh, tried it but it did not appeal to me.

The DH made me up a three sided white board that I can fold up and to photograph I can wrap it around the plate and in the jar is the Thai basil I used for the recipe, it has gone wild in the herb garden that the DH had to trim it down and gave some to our neighbour.

Kc...I love mussels...I have a few recipes posted...I just never make them because the hubby doesn't like them...:)
