Bea's Ginger Beef
Post
by Bergy » Tue Feb 14, 2017 11:45 am
This is one of those recipes that you go Mmmmmmfrom the first bite to the last and you are sorry when you finish the meal. Just enough spice to make it peppy but not overbearing. Easy to make. I got the ingredients together in the AM, put them in the fridge and made dinner in 15 minutes. I'll be making this one again for sure.

What a great looking dinner. I bet this would be great in lettuce leaves too. Sounds delicious!

Looking good Berg's!
I have had this saved for ages, and just waiting for the right time to make it.
