I wish the hubby and I liked lamb...but that is really one of the only meats we don't care for...but you sure made it look nice and crispy...

I had cooked up 11 (they were small about 1 1/2 to 2 ounces each) and had so much crumb mix left that I doubled crumbed them so I have changed the recipe and halved the crumbing mixture stating why in my intro. The 3 left over got devoured for lunch. Out of the 11 I had 2 with dinner and DH devoured 6 with sides of a vegie bake and his portion of veggie bake was twice the size of mine.

Sure looks Mmmm and it is Australian Lamb - My absolute favorite.We can always get frozen New Zealand Lamb. The only place I can find Australian is at Costco and it is fresh. Australian has a special taste that I love.
