New ecipe just posted. Very simple recipe but tasty. I still have not got the camera just right.

Thanks to all of you for your kind words. I almost havethe settings back where they should be on the camera but not quite!

I think the colors in the 1st one are perfect!
Look at the transparency of the onion, that is looking just right.
