Shrimp Chili
Now, I'm still basically a '1 armed bandit,' injured arm. But, I wanted to show, still cooking when possible.
Basic chili (onion, celery, peppers, diced tomatoes w/green chilies, shrimp stock [from the shells], shrimp, Mexican oregano, cumin, chili powder, cilantro, lime, pinto and black beans, and shrimp of course); served over rice w/tomatillo salsa, avocado, baked tortilla, and monterey jack cheese.
Had some fresh fruit on the side. Had leftovers too!!

Re: Shrimp Chili
Thx so much. No real recipe; I just through it together; but, I figured I should probably post something I actually cooked. Appreciate it.

Re: Shrimp Chili
Thx so much. It is basic chili; Just a little shrimp stock really just add to the flavor. But, really tasty and easy too.
Appreciate the comment. It was tasty and easy too!

Thx Tis, we eat with our eyes first ... right? But, thank you. I sort of had to squeeze it all in there, lol.Tisme wrote:Great colors KC.
Look like the clours of the Mexican flag ....... which seems to suit the recipe!
Well to me it does.
