A really simple and wonderful Potato Salad was enjoyed by us all last night. :D

I love potato salad with dill pickles it add all the flavor to it!

Me too blonde cook, I have also made a few that you add some juice from the pickle's. That's adds a great flavour also. :D

We love it here also.
It's one of this families fav's over summer!
DS is a bit of a connoisseur of potato salad, if he takes it to work for lunch next day - you know you have just made a good one. :lol:
