MsPia's Chicken Brochettes
Post
by Bergy » Tue Nov 22, 2016 10:34 am
I cut the recipe back to just two brochettes (1 medium chicken breast). Lovely blend of flavours. Just abit exotic. The chicken was moist and loaded with flavour. I cooked them on a non stick pan -perfect.

Thanks all for your comments. I should have taken one of both of them but we wanted to eat while they were HOT and served them quickly
