Simmered Garlic & Kale

The kale has had a couple of nights of frost and is perfect for preparing now! This is a simple recipe that is very tasty and so easy. Recipe is now available

Never ... ever .... cooked Kale in my life! :shock: :D
I am going to make this for a surprise vegie one night for the family. :D
Mind you they will love it .... as you probably have noticed we are vegetable and salad freaks here. :lol:

LOVE LOVE kale.
For anyone who hasn't sauteed it. It is fantastic. It is also great grated in a salad, used as a wrap for stuffed cabbage rolls, so so many ways to use it. LOVE it.

Thanks Tisme & KC The Kale takes on a richer flavour after freezing and I find it gets a bit more tender. If it hasnt had a natural frost then freeze it in the freezer for a bit. I like the idea of using it for cabbage rollsMmmm
