Smoked Chicken

I did a smoked chicken yesterday. I just brined it with salt, black pepper and juniper berries. This photo is from the time before I did this, As you can see I have the shakes and that is why I do not take many photos any more.

I know I would love that chicken, the colour looks Fab!
Lee I wish you would post more photos (shakes or no shakes) Just seeing the colour here makes the recipe alive
