I love this recipe - It is so easy using 2% cottage cheese cuts back of fat etc. Mushrooms were on sale for $1.99 lb so I got a bit carried away. I will freeze some and do a couple of freezablerecipes.

Thanks KC, Lee & Delaney - I do love this recipe. I always have fresh mushrooms in the fridge but when I overbuy (like this time) it is great to have some favorite recipes to use
