I made a package of RiceaRoni on Sunday and when there are only two a package goes a long way (like 4 nights). Also I made a package of artificial crab with 4 cheese sauce - this was also a two night stand. I wanted to spruce up dinner with these two leftovers so I poached a pear and made Annette's delish Orange parsnips. Great combination. We really enjoyed dinner
