Fish and Chips

Cookingcourt's http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/paleo- ... ries-10569

This is a great healthy way to enjoy sweet potatoes, we loved them. I only needed to broil these for 2 minutes instead of the 5 minutes in recipe directions and they turned out perfectly crispy. I definitely recommend this recipe.

This tilapia recipe is loaded with flavor!! You can use any type of whitefish for this, such as catfish, cod, haddock and pickerel. The recipe is for one fillet of fish but can easily be increased for more.
