Brie, Fig, & Arugula Mini Pizzas by Bergy

This time I used a "Fold Up", cut in two for the base. It worked perfectly. The fig jam compliments the Brie perfectly. Made before and will be made again. Easy, quick & darn good.

#2 and especially #3, just killer photos. Love the plates too. Those look amazing; and, I happen to have fig jam on hand too.

Can you plz help in baking a pepperoni pizza? My boyfriend loves pepperoni pzza which he ususally buys from the feast pizza menu of Fresh Slice Pizza outlet in Vancouver. I wanna win his heart by baking his favourite pizza when he'll be here to spend his weekend with me. Bergy...Juz say yes ! ;;)

I have two recipes for pizza crusts I make often when the "boys" get together for game night, they are both easy and always a hit.

Just add cheese and your favorite toppings and cook as directed.
