I love fried Greek Cheese and couldn't find a recipe here on Zazz so just posted the one I usually use, I used slices of toasred baguette. It worked.

I LOVE fried Halloumi!! I tried it a few years back at that dot crap site and have been enjoying it ever since. It was a recipe by Ummbinat that I brought/posted over here.

Thanks Bea - I looked for a recipe here on zazz but none came up - tried several title versione etc. etc. so posted my own. It's good with the lemon. I usually cut the cheese larger but this was good too

I will have to post my recipe too; I didn't realize there weren't any on here.
Your appie looks amazing.
It is also great on spinach salads too w/fresh berries.

I have one; but, it is just a garnish to a salad. I didn't find one either. Will be glad to try yours. Love that cheese.

Probably because it is spelled with two l's

Looks delicious.
I looked it up online and it is spell both ways. With one l or two.
