Made these lil beauties today.
DH bought some cheap broccoli today, he decided to buy it for the chooks..... ummmm the chook's didn't get a look in! :lol:

That's using broccoli it's best way. Love the photo & would love to try the fritters

Thanks so much everyone ...Yes we really did like these, even DH who is not a vegetable fan.
I found the recipe and changed it a little, but have posted it now - the way I made these.
