ImPat's Omelette Wrap

Post by Bergy » Sun Jul 24, 2016 12:54 pm

This is so delicious. The bit of Mayo, dill & lemon juice are the toppers - just the touch to meld all the flavours without stealing any one flavour. I ended up just folding over my omelette and not rolling it. I guess I had a wee bit too much filling. Definately will be made again

Something funny happened here with my posting. It was posted once and it disappeared so I willcheck this second post stays.

My omelettes never look this good, I can't make them good at all, you seem to have a talent for this :-BD

Thanks cagey & Bea

Cagey I make so many of them. I think hesecret is to get to know your stove settings - once you get tht down pat it's easy. You don't even have to lift & swirl

Thanks KC
I agree KC I know the French are horrified to have them browned but I like it that way.

I so agree ... NO color. I prefer, a little brown on mine, always have.
I love you do the same ... to me it is all flavor. Not burnt or crispy ... just a little brown is good in my book.
