Tonights Dinner

Tonight I thoroughly enjoyed peppercrickets's recipe of http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/spicy-clams-21840 but I did take some liberties as I was still hungry and made a noodle soup out of the left over broth,.





And well I was still hungry so with the broth that was left over I cooked up some soba noodles and her is the results -

Pat I think you love seafood just as much as I do. Love the idea of the soup with noodles Good job

Oh yes and so does the DH though a few years ago he became allergic to crab so we don't have it to often though I will occasionally get one for myself. The FIL on the other hand has become so allergic to seafood that he gets so sick that his doctor has told him to totally stay away from it as it could kill him and he used to love our recipe of http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/creamy ... nara-14254 especially when we were generous with the scallops in the mix but he says that is life and there are many other things to enjoy.
