Post by ImPat » Sun Jun 26, 2016 8:02 pm

I would love this. I'll have to look for the chilli sauce. Very attractive dish, Pat.

We use Fountains Hot Chilli Sauce but I am sure your favourite would work just maybe use less to begin with and taste and keep adding till it suits.

Thanks everyone and we used Queensland banana prawns which are about the cheapest you can get here but find they cook up the best and when we can get the super big ones we like to use to make http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/prawn-cutlets-16430

WOW! is all I can say

I love what were called Greek Bugs in this Greek restaurant just out side of Currumbin, Queensland. Deep fried crisp & wonderful! They are some kind of river crustacion
