Leftovers

I had some veggies left over frome last nights sweet potato, cranberry & Apple plus some cauliflower & a couple of brussels sprouts so i jus processed it all added and egg and some panko crumbs. Then spooned patties on release foil and baked them for 35 minutes 375 oven - Wonderful!

That's my kind of cooking!
The problem is that most of the time I can't repeat the recipe because I don't remember what I put in.
Like this rice...something patties.... :shock: :?
And they were so good!

It would be rare to duplicate something from left overs as it is highly unlikely you would have exactly the same left overs again in the same quantities so each time you do something from left overs think of it as a unique creation. One of the exceptions to this is making a casserole or stew into a pie because that usually just means pastry or mashed potato on top.

That does look good Pia. I recently started writting down what ingredients and how much just for that reason, lol. Sux when you ate not able to duplicate something you really enjoyed :evil:
