Looks wonderful ... and, I know when my kale got started. WOW, it was kale everything.
Great looking dish!
If you have that much; try a creamy kale soup instead of cream of spinach. Just a thought. I used a little potato and broth vs cream to make mine; then, added some cream fraiche to serve.
Just a thought. A nice way to use up lots of kale when it start coming in.
But, your dish looks fantastic!

Looks really good. That is why I didn't plant kale. I couldn't use it up fast enough last year. I did plant swiss chard and its coming up just lovely!

I did the same with chard ... OMG, swiss chard overload. Make stuffed cabbage rolls using swiss charg Dis ... just as good. I used up a bunch that way.

Kim I love that idea. I made my cabbage casserole today and I told dh, just wait, he was going to get a surprise this summer. Going to use both cabbage and swiss chard to make that casserole!
