Got to do a change to the recipe due to picking up a trick from Chef and the cook recipe show and makes it so much esier to make and still very delicious.

Looks wonderful Pat. I love making enough curry that I can freeze some. I think it tastes even better after being frozen

I quite often make curries the day before we are going to have them as I to think they always taste better.
