Gilroy Garlic Ribs

Gilroy is the Garlic capital of the world. If you are lucky enough to be in the areaat their festival time you cam smell the garlic in the ir for miles! This recipe if rom their ookbook n is one of th winning recipe. The ribs are always lovely fall of the bone tender & moist. I was in a hurry to dig in but I should have snapped a photo of them cut. There are already cut photos on the recipe

Nice pics Bergy! I am going to try to adapt this recipe for a smoker and Dutch oven. ;)

Yep, same, need to adapt to the grill smoker. But, sounds good.
