Ground Pork & Beef Stroganoff

This is a very economical recipe. It only has 1/2 pound of meat in it and will feed 4 with moderate appetites generously. I use cottage cheese in the recipe because I always have it in the house but lite sour cream may be sudtituted. Recipe just posted

Thanks Bea - we sure enjoyed it. I like mixing beef & Pork. I'll bet that one of your wild meats (Venison - Moose etc) would be good too.

Not a pork eater here......... but if I was those photo's would be making me save this 3 times over.... :lol: ;)
So I guess I will just have to save it once for the carnivores of this family. :lol:
