Turkey and Rice Stuffed Swiss Chard Rolls Crock Pot Style

Now, I made mine in the crock; but, I made a pan for my friend. Same recipe. Not the best pics; but, they will do. I added carrots, celery, onions, and pimentos to the mix with rice and turkey. NO, pre cooking either ... just mix and stuff.

I also gave have him a bit of broth to add to the pan; but, didn't put it in when I took it over to him.

I was baking bread; so I did peas, limas, and onions in a foil pouch to go with dinner. The bread was for my friend.

Shadows, Dad would agree with you. Mom would disagree, lol.
But, after it bakes, the sauce really did reduce a bit. But, honestly, it really coats the rolls well ... but, I get it. I also put peas on the plate too. I'm not doing well, LOL. :lol: :lol: :lol:

But, thx guys. A great way to use up a lot of my greens from the garden. The chard was really good as a roll.
