Looks like a nice dinner. Full of healthy stuff; and after all that turkey and stuffing for s US people ... I need something healthy.

Lori it is always where the tofu products are located near the fresh produce. Well at least here that's where I can find it

Is that the Shirataki Noodles Bergy? I find them in where you find Tofu and the Faux meat crumbles and Vegetarian products. They are refrigerated.

Looks yummy Bergy... The noodles are also great like this:

Rinse them off well in water and pat dry.
Heat a cast iron frying pan till its screeching hot, then throw the noodles right in the pan, with no oil or anything else... They will not burn or stick. They will dance around the pan as you let them cook for a couple of minutes, moving them around with a spoon.
Then, you add whatever you would like for a topping or use as a stirfry...

Delicious!

Love your photos... Can't wait to have these noodles with my new tummy! They taste just like Chinese Noodles

Bergy and Linda thank you both for the help. We have a small refrigerated section where the tofu products are to so will check there first. Wander if DH himself will be able to tell the difference with his alfredo sauce over the noodles. :)
