Italian Scrambled Eggs (New recipe)

I just threw this together and it was darn good. I have posted the recipe. It doesn't look very pretty but that doesn't affect the taste. I used a "HOT" Italian sausage but you may use medium or mild whatever suits your taste.
Served with sauteed peppers, onions & mushrooms.
