Substitute Beef for Chicken in Recipe

Hi all. Suzie commented in our blog about substituting beef for chicken in the following recipe: http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/mexica ... cken-23264. Here is her question:
This looks delicious, but I was wondering if I could make it with beef instead of chicken?? What would I use instead of the cream soup? Obviously I would exchange broth and meat, but not sure about soup? Husband isn’t a chicken fan!!
So, what do you think?

Chicken is a great choice. I am cooking sth quite similar. It is so delisious and not so hard for me ( I have a multikitchen Image). U should obviously try. I can't even imagine if chicken could spoil the dish. Btw, if u would like to make ur cooking easier, Redmond multikitchen never let u down https://multicooker.com/uk/catalog/multikitchen/

Use beef base or bouillon with a roux and add only about 1 cup water. Basically soup-water=condensed soup
