it was always my intention to make it for Thanksgiving (which will be Saturday for me)

Next - I've had some wonderful food, all the pictures are on my phone which I am having trouble getting off, so I went ahead and reviewed everything and will post the pictures as soon as I can.

Ellie's Roasted Potato Wedges Very simle, yet tasty.

Gerry's Carrots - Our Favourite Glazed Carrots Wasn't sure about the nutmeg at first, but by the third bite I was glad I added it. Very good and easy side.

and for dessert:
Buzymomof3 made: Mikekey's Hot Cranberry Sauce Sundae (Or Cold) It really amazed me that it didn't just taste like leftover cranberry sauce (which I love), over the ice cream it gave it a different taste that was very good. I'd do it again with leftover sauce.

Well, Dengue Fever had me down for the count since Friday the 14th. Wow, what a ride. Yesteday was the first day since then, that I could look at food and say "Yeah, I'll eat that". Today was the first day I said "Hey, I miss my stove!".

Anyways, I'm taking baby steps. Today I started by completing an easy but very, very good little side dish or appetizer:
