WHAT'S FOR DINNER - SEPTEMBER 2015

Post by Kchurchill5 » Tue Sep 01, 2015 4:55 am

Hi everyone! I hope you come and share your dinner plans with us.

This weekend was my b'day, so I really haven't made too much the last few days. Mostly out with a few friends.

Today ...
Lady #3: http://www.recipezazz.com/…/moms-creame ... ver-savory…, using chicken; roast carrots

Me: It's a toss up. Either Mexican or Comfort Food. My friend I had happy hour with yesterday gave me a loaf of homemade sourdough.

So, I'm thinking the same as Lady #3, but over the sourdough; caprese salad
Otherwise, I will have one of my freezer burritos (rice and bean), w/salsa, cheese, sour cream, olives over mixed greens; fruit

I'm having baked chicken with buffalo sauce, garlic and lemon pepper, baked sweet potatoes and marinated tomatoes, cukes, and onions.

I completely changed and went with mac and cheese w/ham I had in the freezer. Doctored it up and lima beans on the side.

Sounds like both you guys had a couple of nice dinners.

I changed again, lol. Oil change and tire alignment; so, grabbed a HUGE burrito from Moes Southwest Grill; enough for lunch and dinner.

No cooking, I was happy.
Ellie, love sandwich night. One of my favorite things. Soup or salad with sandwich and chips. Can't get much better than that

TGIF Everyone ...
Just me for dinner. The Ladies are out.
One of my poker friends is probably going to join me.

A pan of kielbasa, kraut, potatoes, onions, beer, and a little mustard. Baked. Probably something with tomatoes on the side; I have a ton of them right now.
