Today I'm making some California rolls and we're going to have with seared tuna on a bed of crunchy napa slaw. My favorite!

Just opened my Mother's Day gift from my daughter and family . . . TWO Pioneer Woman cookbooks . . . may not get much done today, they're just neat to read!

We have a plan! The grownups will be having http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/eggpla ... p-stuffing. The kids, we're pretty sure, will be eating mac & cheese even though we're going to make them try it. :)

Morning,

Felix, your Sat. dinner out sounds very nice.

Galley, your tuna dinner I would have loved.

Church, sorry about your crappy day?

Dinner, well there are leftovers & I will continue eating asparagus soup. Weather is lovely with no rain expected till Wed. The pool is open & is green & all dirty patio stuff is now out of the shed. So it needs to be cleaned. I have my plants purchased from the Garden Center to be planted but I am waiting for a dump load of dirt.

Easy tonight. Packaged au gratin potatoes with kielbasa sausage and fresh carrots on the side.

Easy night here as well, chicken with mushrooms and a side of penne tossed with Barilla sundried tomato alfredo and some fresh parsley tossed in, LOL.

We had a plan, but since the chicken is still in the freezer, we're joining the easy club. Hot dogs for the kids and jalapeno cheddar bratwurst for the grownups on the grill. Probably potato salad on the side, and many more home-brewed beers to accompany.

I think that is a pretty darn good plan!
