Sounds like yesterday was pretty much pasta day. I also had pasta, meat ravioli's with a roasted red pepper/basil pesto sauce.
Today I'm making my friend's Creamy Mushroom Chicken Breasts with Dried Beef http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/creamy ... -beef-8646. It is to-die-for! Takes a while to bake, but it's oh-so-worth-it.

It should be fine marinating. As long as their isn't lots of citrus ... it will be fine.

I has about 1/2 a lime's worth of juice in the marinade, as well as yogurt and spices. At least it is thawed now :D

If not already thawed, I think it still may be fine. But, I know your concern.

Happy to report that the marinated curry chicken turned out very well. It had a good flavor, although I will up some of the spices next time. So happy it wasn't ruined from sitting too long in the marinade.

Glad to hear HF, I'm a curry newbie ... just learning to try to blends and heat. Learning to like it more and more as I experiment.

I used mild curry powder since the bf doesn't like spicy. It was full of good curry flavor without any heat.

I'm finding different curries really have different flavors and heats. That is what I am playing with. I like spicy; but, many have different flavors too. Interesting to try all the flavors.
