Sounds yummy HF. I need to make another batch of soup for my freezer stash. Do you do a savory or sweeter type of soup?
I'm ending up with mushroom, onion, and cheese quesadillas and a small side salad. Got busy, and, forgot to take out the chicken. It was still on my list; so, no big deal. Just switching nights around.

I make a savory version. I usually use butternut squash or kabocha, but I have butternut in the house right now. I actually changed my plans and am heating up a pouch of sweet potato pumpkin soup I already have made in the freezer. I lost track of time and don't have time to roast the squash tonight.Kchurchill5 wrote:Sounds yummy HF. I need to make another batch of soup for my freezer stash. I prefer the savory too. SP and pumpkin sounds really good.
