KC, glad you're feeling a little better. Hope you back good as new soon.
Tonight I made savory turkey meatballs in a rich mushroom gravy served over noodles.

Ellie, that sounds really good. I always have tilapia in my freezer. A definite GO TO fish.

Lovin, thx; a bit better ... Not looking for a big meal; but chicken soup sounds really good; and, that is in the freezer. Still not hungry.
Tea, apple slices, crackers, some cheese ... that has been it. I may just stick with that and toast too.
And, I did have a protein shake this am ENSURE. So, I'm good; just my tummy growls ... but, nothing sounds good. LOL. We've all been there.

KC - sorry to hear you have been ill. Glad things are improving.

The new fridge is working well so far. It has a nicer layout inside for food storage. We just had leftovers (me) and frozen chicken fingers (him) since it was so late by the time the fridge arrived and everything was done.

Last night (Friday) was pizza, as usual. Friday around here is usually pizza night or some other easy/fun food.

Tonight I am making some kind of roasted pork tenderloin. I haven't entirely decided how I will prepare it - I might add some BBQ sauce or a spice rub or sauce. I am combining elements from a few different recipes I have ingredients for already and am working with that.
