Last night I threw together a casserole using up whatever I had. We are getting a new fridge delivered tonight, so I was trying to use up all the stray ingredients I had lying around. I browned some ground country sausage and mixed it with some sauce and veggies, then baked it. Not a huge success, but edible.
Tonight is a huge question mark as it will depend on when our fridge gets delivered and set up. We didn't get to choose the time they arrive, and they'll be showing up around dinner time, unfortunately.

HAPPY THURSDAY!
Cool Start To A FL Morning!
Today's Cooking ...
Just me today; and, I just don't feel good. Not achy, no fever or sore throat; just nausea which is odd. It's not like me, but food isn't on the top of my list.
I have homemade chicken noodle in the freezer; or, there is always scrambled eggs and toast. I think that will be about it.
Oh well!
I hope everyone else is planning something more exciting than me.
HF, I love casserole dishes like that. I'm going through a refrigerator disaster right now; living with a rental, and one they can't fix.
Isn't it a PIA waiting for delivery guys?

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. If you do a lot of throwing up, make sure you rehydrate with an electrolite solution. If you don't have any Gatorade on hand, just mix 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 liter water. Heat till sugar and salt dissolves, let cool and drink throughout the day.Kchurchill5 wrote:HAPPY THURSDAY!

Tonight I made shrimp in a creamy curry mango chutney sauce, served over rice.
