What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner 8/23&24

YESTERDAY BETTER LATE THAN NEVER!
So, What's Cookin' Tonight?

Tonight; making mini shepherds pies using (my beef tips w/onions and mushrooms; freezer stash), adding some carrots, lima beans; and a cheddar potato mash on top; fruit on the side; I will freeze the other 3 for later on.

Lady #3: A play on http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/shepherds-pie-732; green salad.

ON TIME TODAY! MORNING EVERYONE!

I am simply having leftovers tonight.
However, I do want to make some jalapeno jelly; and, I have had chicken stock cooking all night in the crock pot. So, it is cooling before I can bag it up for the freezer. That is the extent of my cooking today!

That is the only way to have swedish balls, lol. Do you serve lingonberry on the side?
Personally, I LOVE swedish meatballs; my problem is ... I eat way too many when I make them.

Anything grilled is good to me. NO grilling tonight here; so, taking it easy with leftovers. Back to the grill tomorrow.
