What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner 7/26

WHAT HAPPENED TO MONDAY! ... Called to work, so catching up today!

Just me ... was going to do my fish tonight; but, just changed my mind. Sloppy joe, slaw and corn on the cob.
My fish foil packs on the grill I can do tomorrow. Both easy; so, either way it works.

What's on your table tonight?

KC, love sloppy joes and corn on the cob.
Also had fresh picked locally grown corn on the cob and marinated grilled chicken breasts, with a caprese salad with tomatoes and basil from the garden.

Oh, that rates a 10 on my radar. Yep, the corn is so sweet, like every few days. Tomatoes, NOT for us right NOW, too hot; but, we get some good from a local market that brings them down from up north.

Yep, I made a pretty big batch of SJ's, so leftovers. Usually have pickles and onions ... maybe cheese tonight as a change ...
Something easy and fun. NO real work, lol.

Tonight ... Just a simple night on the grill.
Tilapia/potato pouches; and squash pouches; fruit on the side.

Thx, needed some August inspiration. Stir fry sounds good. I got some chicken too to use up. At least they last in the freezer.

Tonight I made Tomato Pie http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/savory ... -pie-20232. The tomatoes are coming in hot and heavy right now. So sweet and juicy.

I wish I had tomatoes. FL season is over, replant in Sept.

Love tomato pie.

Puggs ... Burgers are always good. On my menu for tomorrow. Nothing better than a good grilled burger.
