HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!

Pretty quiet here this weekend. The beaches are crowded; so, just going to enjoy the pool; and get a little sun if it doesn't rain.

Dinner, just a big salad tonight.
I am planning to smoke a couple of chickens if the weather holds. Some will be on the salad tonight, some freezer stash; and, a couple of dishes for a friend.
