What WAS on Your Plate & and WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 5/21

HAPPY SATURDAY All!
I hope that everyone is having a GREAT weekend!

Busy Busy for Me. Have my big catering event tomorrow; then, another Thursday; and then, another. This is for a big group visiting from overseas.

So, today is cooking all day; and, I do have plenty of help.
Dinner, is just leftover goulash I had last night. I also made a big pan for my friends helping me cook. We will just take a break from cooking and eat as we go.
Making over 30+ dishes; so, lots of cooking going on.
But, with lots of help ... it's isn't all that bad.
