What In the World Happened to the Weekend? It's Already Tuesday.
So, what's your dinner plans tonight?

The Lady I cooked for insisted I eat with here; so, tonight ... back to my Cajun/Blackened snapper w/corn jalapeno salasa; and rice.

I also made http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/easy-b ... -pie-23613 for a friend who messed up his knee ... He has to stay off of it for a few days. That and a salad I will drop off in just a bit. It's better than a frozen dinner.

Grilling a 3 whole chickens on the rotisserie tonight, it's turning as I write :D
