Hump Day Whats For Dinner?
Lady #1: Luncheon w/5 guests - Croque Madames topped with black/red raspberies; roasted cherry tomatoes over spring greens w/balsamic dressing; lemon cookies
Done = all happy and fed.
Me: I bought a great pork loin; and forgot it last night. I left it on the counter. $15.00 down the drain, mad at myself. Then, I took out chicken to thaw; I thought it was 2 thighs; it was 4. So, I guess it will be chicken tonight and tomorrow.
I have a few pieces of asparagus, corn on the cob; and, a leftover baked potato. Honestly, I can't think of anything. Probably just cook and eat as is. Maybe do a BBQ glaze on the chicken. Nothing creative tonight. Oh, I may put some cheese on the potato.

Turkey, sounds good James!!! I watch for turkey on sale all the time ... I love a good turkey leg.
