What WAS on your Plate & WHAT'S for Dinner Tonight 2/10
Happy Happy Hump Day Everyone!!
So, What's On Your Plate Tonight?
All that cajun talk sounded so good; I have to head to the store to get some crawfish. I may not have it tonight; but, it will be on the menu.
My pita and soup was good last night since it was chilly out.
Today ...
I need to make 2 dishes both 2 of my ladies to take to a crock pot.
1) a small crock pot of cheese fondu w/plenty of dippers; 2) egg salad and tuna salad in small lettuce cups, wrapped up.
My dinner, just leftover turkey tetrazzini, broccoli, and fruit.

I like the idea of a cheese fondue - sounds like fun.

Soup is always good for dinner. Thx, the fondue is easy; and it stays warm in the crock. Just add lots of dippers for people to enjoy. For a pot luck, I have small plastic cups; so they can fill the cup and dip on their plates. Super easy; good for a cold weather day.

Deanna, nothing better than the smell of chili simmering.

Tonight it was rotisserie chicken breast, broccoli, carrots and pea pods, with a Caprese salad.
