I'm thinking for most of us celebrating TDay this week; dinners are a bit lighter. For those not celebrating ... dinner as is.

Tonight it's Sausage and Lentil Soup http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/awesom ... -soup-5275 (except I used chopped up smoked sausage) and toasted ciabatta buns and butter. Kind of chilly here today, so that soup really felt good.

Soup is always a good thing! It was chilly here ... for FL that is. I love a good soup on nights like that.
